I know many friends and family members who choose 8 out of 10 times only chocolate flavour when given a choice.Love for the chocolate just goes better and better when it comes to brownies.They are heavenly when crunchy on the out and gooey inside.They seem godsend when they are still warm and served with a ice cream.You can now make them at home and enjoy with a cold milk shake or a tea this summer.
Here is our homemade Chocolate Brownie recipe that’s just waiting for you!!
Ingredients
11/4 cup butter
11/2 cup flour(maida)
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1tsp vanilla flavour
Procedure
1.Pre heat your oven to 220 degree centigrade.
2.Take a mixing bowl.Add the melt butter and mix in the cocoa.
3.Blend in the sugar and beat in the eggs one by one.
4.Add the vanilla flavour and stir in the flour slowly.
5.Grease the mold with butter and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree centigrade till done.
6.Let it cool and cut into square pieces.
7.Serve them warm or after they come to room temperature.
Notes
You can add nuts say walnuts or cashew nuts too.
You can add chocolate syrup as topping just before serving for that extra rich chocolate madness.
